Terms of Service

By engaging AKA Tech Solution for any services — whether through our website, email, or any other channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

AKA Tech Solution provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a separate written proposal or contract before work commences.

• ▸ A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before project kickoff
• ▸ Milestone payments are due upon completion of agreed deliverables
• ▸ Final payment is due before handover of completed work
• ▸ Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
• ▸ All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project. AKA Tech Solution retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their own licences.

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access to required resources. Delays caused by late provision of materials may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of AKA Tech Solution. You represent that you have the right to use any materials you provide to us.

Each project proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope will be quoted separately. We follow a transparent change management process — no surprise charges.

AKA Tech Solution's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
